As Raza said, we already do that. People tweet the link to their post (sometimes adding 'digg plz'), and if others find it useful, they submit it to dig, stumble upon etc.
I am not sure if people will be much interested in it if you make it sound like a task force :) Just share what you think is worthy to be shared and let people decide what they want to do with it.

It's not a task force. The old way of sharing links, expecting diggs and RTs is not effective.
With diggaars, it will be far more systematic and effective.
